Avoid sharp edges . Edges should always be curved or bevelled.
End products should be of large profiles.
Templates of " PHANTOM VEIL " precut are extremely necessary for some curvatures and contours. Ensure design continuity at joints.
Work slowly and gently with the brush in double curvatures , edges or corners
Short, soft and white hair brushes must be used.
Work from the centre of the mould outwards when doing stippling with brushes
Do not allow side to side brush contact movement/. It can tear the veil or distort its design
The use of clear gel coats instead of clear first resin coat may be done as preferred by the moulder
Mouldings should be polished/ buffed after extraction. In case of sanding use 320 mesh water paper
" PHANTOM VEIL " is used for premium FRP products, therefore production can be slower.
Select the labour force ( moulders ) with the right aptitude for aesthetic work. They should have an artistic bent, concentration, zeal and a creative mind.
